Accepted order for delivery within 2 days, then called to say it'd be next week. Now I have to wait for them to transfer me back my money meaning I don't have the cash to order elsewhere.Not transparent. Website needs to be updated.

My mother in law ordered oil over the phone been using this company for 14 years until now. Old age pensioner so is very careful with her money. Ask for £400 worth of oil. Checked her account after it was delivered and was charged £460 of the card. Then got a letter to say she owned another £166 or they were taking her to court. Obviously worried she called them. They were very rude and said its thier word against ours and she owes the money. She paid! Awful company stay away.Update.. have added this to next door app for our area. Please be careful you family isn't using this company.

Shocking at paying their accounts. Big firm taking advantage of small firms with non payments for work carried out.

I'm a taxi driver based in Antrim and have had to stop using the station at the Centra in Junction One as 4 times out of 5 you don't get receipts from the Pay at pump. I have to have these receipts for my tax returns so I'm now using the Maxol, which is usually the same price anyway. £150 a week and receipts for £30 - no good.

1 star is to good for these guys. Awful customer service. Filled oil into wrong tank and somehow manages to be my fault. Good luck if you get Robert when your placing an order. Terrible customer service skills and incredibly rude. If your waiting on a call back be prepared to wait for several weeks even from from the manager!!! The only person with any customer service skills was the delivery driver. The poor man didn't receive the correct instructions therefore made an mistake which he rectified as best he could. I think some staff training would be appropriate or maybe some new staff altogether would be better. Never again will I buy from the nicholl fuel group

Experience from their petrol station on strand rd. Get your petrol and get out immediately and nothing else. No time allowance to check oil, even if you´re out of the way of the pumps and at the side of the station..a guy will start yamming at you through the security speakers.Fuel is relatively cheap but theres a few other places that are close/matched for price & who aren´t busy bodies.

Their slogan is WE WON'T BE BEATEN ON PRICE! Well I found a better price on boiler juice and give nicholl oils proof and they refused to even match the price. So much for WE WON'T BE BEATEN ON PRICE! New slogan should be WE WILL BE BEATEN ON PRICE IF YOU SHOP AROUND!

Driver registration ayz2796 blocked me from reversing into parking space morning of 13th feb ballymoney main street then stopped beside me when i did get parked further down main street to shout abuse. Lovely.

They have held on to nearly £500 of my money since beginning of December after I moved house. 2 x promises to send a cheque and it didn't get sent. On the third promise with a senior manager involved I was sent a cheque addressed to themselves, not me. The senior manager is now too busy to speak to me despite his staff promising he will call me back. I am deeply upset at how shoddily I have been treated in a cost of living crisis.

(Rip off)Added £30 diesel from Pump 4, Long Commons Rd. Coleraine yesterday, 21/01/21 which never moved the fuel gauge. Called Nicholls & was advised to drive over speed bumps for reading to become accurate. I knew this wasn't valid advice & still fuel level failed to increase reading. Feeling ripped off & will never be back.Be warned!
