Very disappointed with the service, someone turned up on our door telling us about trying the milk delivery service and we were not given any details, except from the confirmation of the delivery date. First and only bottle was delivered a week after and was left on our front door right in the burning sun, even though I had been home all day. It is the post man that knocked to tell me about the milk bottle on my door.We were expected the representative to return or for further details to be sent but that did not happen.Yesterday, about 5 - 6 months after that milk delivery we received a payment reminder with a thread of passing it to a depth collector for the 2.39 pounds owed. We never received any information about how to pay, never saw that representative again and we never received any letter prior to that.This is definitely a company to avoid for me.

I was told the first milk delivery was free and then if I wanted any further deliveries I should contact them. As soon as my first delivery arrived they started sending several messages saying I need to set up a payment method, I made contact to tell immediately that I don't want this service and they still delivered once more a few days later again saying I need to set up a payment method. Then told I can't cancel through email even though I hadn't even agreed to the service in the first place and had to talk to two people to cancel a service I didn't sign up for.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. I called customer service to further enquire about my first delivery, after a salesman signed me up at my front door. The advisor failed to answer any of my questions of when i would receive my order, what the terms & conditions are and how i can cancel if i am not entirely happy with the introductory offer. Instead she just told me she would cancel my account, which I was happy for her to do. But reading previous posts i envisage some sort of problems coming my way.

Delivered always on time. Blue cap milk is very fresh. Payment is by DD but in arrears is weekly but can be monthly if phone them. Very Friendly.

I had to cancel as my last two deliveries never showed up. This didn't seem to be a problem and it was cancelled, I thought, with no issues. Then I got a text saying my account was overdue so I phoned and they waived it, or so I thought.Fast forward a month later and in one day I have had 2 emails stating I owe the money, 1 text message to my mobile and 9 home phone text messages.4 of these home phone messages have come AFTER I received an email confirming my account was cleared.I also never received the callback from the manager I have been waiting for about this.And to add the lady I spoke to today was extremely rude and condescending. Appalling service.

Might seem a little biased as I work for mcqueens but I'm also their customer.Their milk and eggs are amazing, but my favourite products have to be strawberry flavoured milk. I've been out and tried many different strawberry milks, but mcqueens version is by far the best. Very recently, they released a new vitamin D milk, which is just what I need for working the dreded night routine as I don't see much sun. I highly recommend them, and thats my true thoughts, not biased at all!!! :)

Excellent service am so glad I signed up for this.I get my milk first thing in the morning and staff are so friendly when you call them.God bless

Scam tactics - Judging by other reviews, others have experienced the same:Rep came to the door while I was in a work meeting, sold it as though there’s be a free sample to begin with but took my contact details to put on their system to set up a DD or SO if I wanted. He even said the words “no payment needed for these bottles”. He shoved a note through the door and left. When I read the note, it said he’s signed me up to a £4.60 a week plan! I emailed them through their website saying to cancel immediately as I didn’t want it. No reply other than an auto response which I have since deleted (regretfully now). A week later, a bottle of milk is at my door. I called up and told them to cancel whatever plan they’d signed me up to, however, they said they wanted £2-odd for the bottle they’d delivered. I refused and told them to come and collect it as I didn’t want it in the first place. They refused and said they’ll continue to pursue me for the bottle of milk. I’m not a mug and don’t sign up to things I’m not sure about, so they must do great ‘business’ with vulnerable people. Snidey, dirty tactics. Shame on you. Your bottle of milk is still waiting for you…

Excellent service and products.Been using them 2 years now finest glass bottle milk. The Oat milk is especially good and far tastier than supermarket ones.Very easy to amend your orders online or over the phone and set holidays.We never want for milk or dairy products now ❤️

Even one star is too many.Rep came to the door canvassing but they delivered twice then stopped coming.Tried to log into online account to find out why but was unable to as they had already cancelled my log in details.Emailed them but just received a reply saying I have to call to sort it out. Won't be bothering.Awful customer service.
