First Care Practice

I’ve been apart of this practice for a very long time along with most of my family members.Very warm service from the staff I’ve come across. Doctor Rahman is brilliant. She has been amazing with my children during their immunisations, especially today. Made my daughter’s experience a little less scary for her which I appreciated.

Very good service. All the GPs are good but Dr Rahman is the one I prefer to see as she knows me and can deal with all my issues and supports me.

My family has been with this surgery for over 20 years. All the drs seem very knowledgeable. We have our favourite but now others are measuring up to his standard so really pleased with the surgery. The main reception staff are polite and attentive. Mariam( for me) is the star of the reception team. Always helpful and finds time in her busy schedule to say hello whilst you’re waiting to be seen by the doctor. The only let down is the booking system, which apparently is a common complaint from friends at other surgeries. Keep up the good work everyone.

I have been with this practice for about 10 years now and I can’t fault a single time about the service from the receptionist to the doctors . They all are very kind and easy to approach and alway happy to help . Miriam is a very kind soul, she has been so proactive with her duties that I never have to remind her about any queries regarding follow ups she is always hands on .Doctors are always available for same day appointment or for a later time esp Doctor S Rahman she is a gem of a doctor and person , whenever I had an appointment with her she does a thorough check up and makes sure that all the symptoms been recorded and nothing been overlooked . Me and my family are very content with the practice as none of us feel anxious booking with them as we have assurance that we are looked after.

Been with this practice since I was a child great care and service receptionist are very kind and helpful always trying to meet your needs and will try there best. Miriam is amazing she is management at reception DR Ali Dr Al Haffar amazing Gps x

I have been a patient at this surgery for many years and have received great care from both staff and doctors.I want to give a 5 star rating to Dr Zahair El-hafaar for providing me and my family with the best care and treatment. Would also like to thank Dr Rahman and Miriam.

I have been with first care practise since i was little and it was initially based on canon hill road. I hope to continue with this surgery as me and my family have maintained a good relationship with them. I have to give huge credit to Miriam (head receptionist) who has been working there for years and is always professional and supportive. She goes out of her way to make sure any queries you have is dealt with and never fails to have a smile on her face. Amongst all the other doctors who are great, I have to mention Dr Al-haffer who is amazing at his job, his become our family doctor and has gone through our journeys with us.

My experience with First Care Practice has been exceptional. Always remained very professional and accommodating. Referrals have been organised in a timely manner with follow up telephone consultations to discuss results. An excellent service all round
