Friendly staff, though they lack in communication.They very slow in serving and lack in staff. I was standing 20mins waiting to be served second in line.I was told by caroline bustard the pharmacist she had only two hands, obviously she was stressed and wasnt coping very well and wasn't her day. So she took it out on myself. Hope it improves for boots,and for staff.
