Fantastic service, the bed we selected is the most comfortable I have ever slept on.

Omar, who I spoke to was really helpful but not pushy and made me feel welcome. He was happy to help with all my questions and constant trying out of the beds.

We visited the shop a couple of times before making the decision to purchase, on each occasion the staff have been very good, my wife spoke to Jess a couple of times before making the decision to buy but she was on leave on the day of purchase and the chap covering couldn't have done more to help. Jess was very good each time my wife spoke to her and this made the decision to buy very easy. As soon as the bed was ready we got a call to arrange delivery which we needed to pause for a few weeks due to decorating, this was no problem. The delivery took place on the date and time scheduled and the delivery team did a quick and efficient job of installing the new bed and taking the old one way. They explained the bed care after setting it up. Overall couldn't fault the process.

The most friendly and happy place to purchase a bed or mattress from. As the sales staff are not pushy one bit, as what sometimes can happen through my experience, but are most helpful with any questions one may ask with the sales of course. I will most definitely be using this store again in the future and willingly pass on my recommendations to the shop without question.
