What a fantastic little pub. Refurbished to a very high standard, very friendly, everyone made to feel welcome, excellent service, spotlessly clean. This is our new local now. Just love it in here

This pub is probably unique, it contains all the original Décor, Oak fittings, Minton Tiles and stainless steel cigarette machine. It has recently been recently renovated, keeping all the old fittings but giving it a bright, light atmosphere. We'll definitely be visiting again and often. They don't serve food .

I hadn't been in this pub for quite a few years but had been told they had had a refurb so thought I would go and have a look. Wow it looks fantastic. It feels so comfortable in there and people and staff were really friendly. Everything was done to a high standard. That particular night there was a disco on but unfortunately didn't stay long enough to listen. The only thing I would say was that I found the drinks a little pricey compared to other pubs but it wouldn't put me off going again. If you haven't been I would definitely recommend going.

This pub has reopened after long time closed. Lovingly restored to its former glory. Friendly staff and locals. National Heritage pub a must visit. Comfortable relaxing place. Happy Days. HIGHLY Recommended

One of the best pints of Bass in Hanley. The no expense spared" restoration of this pub has to be seen to be believed. I was astounded when I first walked through the door. When I visited the Gents it was comparable to a 5* Boutique Hotel in Dubai!!A hidden gem for sure and a credit to the owner. try it

Great pub. Beautiful inside and out. Lovely bar staff and patrons. Really good beer. Stoped for a pint on a Friday eve after travelling for work (solo) and was made to feel very welcome. Would recommend. There’s a reason it has great reviews!!! Thank you.
