Excellent Service! Great website with detailed parts diagrams making it really easy to identify the correct part numbers and a very comprehensive stock of parts. Having underestimated the fault with my Gaggia Classic I ended up making two separate orders an hour apart - super impressed that they combined my orders and refunded one P&P without me asking. Same day dispatch and first class post arrived next day. Highly recommended to keep your Gaggia in top working order.

Got my Gaggia out of the basement where it sat faulty and unused for 2 years. I was dreading packing and sending it away for repair then I found your blog and stripped, cleaned the solenoid valve, and brew head! Reassembled and good as new so a big thank you! We were using a Nespresso capsule machine which is costly to run and bad for the environment so having my lovely Classic back up and running is better all round!

Crema vs no crema..I ordered a replacement Gaggia Carezza Deluxe pressurised filter holder from Mr Bean2cup as my old, heavyweight original wasn't responding properly any more, even after a proper clean-up.I collected it in person and got the chance to meet and talk with Zsolt and his service, knowledge of consumer coffee machines and helpfulness were all first rate.Perfect crema was restored!

Can’t say enough positive things about my experience here. Was given a Gaggia Titanium which was in a sorry state of repair after 4+ years of sitting unused and hadn’t even been emptied or cleaned before being “retired”. I feared it was for the scrap heap, but after a quick google decided to drop it here to get an estimate for a full service and repair. This was promptly received and I ok’d the repairs, which were completed in a few days.When I came to collect Zsolt took the time to explain each part of the machine and how I can maintain them myself, as well as provide me with links to download all manuals from his website.MrBean2cup offers an extremely knowledgeable and professional service at a very reasonable price, would highly recommend.

My Gaggia Carezza Deluxe is just a year old and developed a fault. It was rapidly diagnosed by Raj and a replacement filter holder seal was dispatched. It arrived in super quick time and has been fitted. Happy coffee lover again!

I ordered a refurbished Gaggia at a good price, and a day or two later they rang me up to make sure I was happy with the colour - a nice personal touch.The machine arrived soon after, a day earlier that I'd expected.Since then it's happily been making cup after cup (actually mug after mug) of excellent coffee. I'm a happy boy.P.S. I had to remove the drip tray to get a mug to fit under the filter basket, but I don't think espresso machines are made with mugs in mind.

Absolutely amazing service!I had an issue with my Delonghi Eletta Bean to cup machine, I had a rough idea what was wrong with it so went looking online for parts. I came across the Mr Bean2Cup website and looking through the excellent part diagrammes I was able to easily locate and order the part I was looking for.After I placed the order I was having second thoughts to whether the part I had ordered was going to actually fix the issue and whether I needed to order more parts while I had the machine apart.I contacted Mr Bean2Cup and asked some questions and the service I received was absolutely amazing, he could not have been more helpful, extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough to help me.The parts arrived very quickly and were well packaged, my machine is now working again and I am very happy.If I ever require any parts for my machine in the future I will order them from here exclusively, I am looking at buying a manual espresso machine and coffee grinder. This purchase will definitely be made here.It's so nice in this day in age to get service like this, please support businesses like this.

Fantastic from start to finish. Ordered some parts for a 10 year old Delonghi EC820.b and it was all in stock and arrived quickly.The website's interactive diagrams, which let you easily identify and order individual parts you need (even if you don't know what they are called!), are a really good, innovative way to help someone like me - a first-time and very amateur coffee machine servicer.I now have a coffee machine that works as well as the day I bought it for less than £30 and some tinkering.
