Lightweight Tiles Ltd
We had a roof installed by a roofer using genuine light weight tiles. In the first warm weather all of the tiles began to warp and lift. The tiles are supposed to have a 25 year Warranty, however when I contacted Light Weight Tiles they blamed the roofer and declined any assistance. These tiles are not fit for purpose.

I recently bought tiles from this company and the product is exactly what is says,following the instructions on the website as to what material I would require and ordered for which I received in 2 weeks.Now fitted onto my conservatory and the transformation turned out great, Extremely delighted with the result. it was an extremely pleasing experience,of doing the job myself following the step by step instructions as per leaflet supplied by the company.Exceptional quality and easy to fit and looks absolutely amazing. This is an excellent product best quality and finish with excellent delivery and the best customer service I have ever experienced. Each time I use them they impress me even more, I would not go anywhere else and besides you cannot get a better quality roofing system other than with them. I highly recommend their product and customer service, it must be the best place to work if they are this helpful.

Fantastic system !I'm sitting in our cosy conservatory as I type. We had this product in grey fitted to our conservatory roof approximately 10 years ago ..and it's changed our lives literally spending so much more time in the conservatory ..lovely and warm and quiet even during heavy rain .The service and attention from the lightweight tiles team was second to none. We decided to use one of lightweight tiles Ltd approved installers who was absolutely brilliant and apparently has used lightweight weight Ltd for many years. What an excellent product, easy DIY install, super high quality and a fantastic match to our existing concrete tiles. A great company to deal with, the online materials calculator was a big help and the collection process smooth and simple.
