I first met Dan, about 3 years ago, when he was working for a major high-street AV / Hifi retailer. I was looking for some AV advice and upgrade information for my existing (aging) AV set-up. Dan gave me practical, and extremely helpful, advice which did not necessarily mean the most expensive equipment options.Dan soon became my 'go to' guy whenever I re-visited the store because of his helpfulness and knowledge. I made a number of purchases, through Dan, from the store and have been very happy with all of my choices.Recently I made contact with Dan, by email, about a previous AV setup and despite Dan not working for the retailer anymore he still offered helpful advice, and his assistance to liaise with the current retailing staff, in order to help me out further.I would definitely recommend Dan for any AV questions and advice, a genuine professional and a really nice guy...Will
