Buying a new car at Acorn Crewe was a very good experience, especially with Richard Dixon patient and courteous assistance in completing my first car purchase. Because of the long distance, I had to choose to have the car delivered to my home. I had not seen the car in person, but when I finally received it, the quality of the car was very trustworthy. I believe that if I buy a car next time, Acorn Crewe will be my first choice.

I cannot thank the team at Kia Crewe enough. I've had two cars from them now and the guys are really friendly and helpful- it never feels like they are trying to hard sell. Josh was particularly helpful and worked out a great deal on my new car. He has kept me updated by phone and email through the entire process. Excellent and talented Customer Service.Matt Reen at Acorn was an engaging, informative, knowledgeable and empathetic sales consultant. He gave me a real insight into the car I was going to purchase online and asked just the right questions to make sure the car I wanted was the car I needed. He also worked really well with my finance company.He was able to answer all the questions I had and when I met him on the day to pick up the vehicle, he was as he had sounded on the phone, a delight!Down to earth, open and able to allay any fears I might have had.The pick up/ test drive/ payment took about an hour and I left feeling confident I had made the right choice. Go to Acorn, but in particular, go to Matt!

Been looking for a quality used car for a few weeks and eventually called in at Acorn Kia Crewe, great selection of used cars and Mathew was by far the best salesman we had come across on our travels around various dealerships.
