The house was a mess before they started, especially the laminate flooring, it had cement mark's everywhere, the carpets were full of dust and marked. The whole cleaning of carpets and laminate has come out much better than my expectations.

Friendly professional people have done an excellent job. I got my carpet cleaned. I am very happy with their service and I would highly recommend them.

I had planned to have 2 rooms cleaned and arranged an appointment. They turned up when expected around 15:20, after 20mins they told me they had done, to which i replied no you havent. They said its becuase they have such a powerfull machine, but i mentioned that they never hoovered the carpet which they say is part of there process, as soon as they had sprayed the carpet with cleaner they never gave it time to work and just started with the cleaning. I then went back into the rooms and pointed out a couple of stains which were still present. After a bit of arguing they cleaned both rooms again. Overall although (In the end) i am ok with the job done it felt as though they were only there for the money and wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I wont be using again.
