My laptop screen was damaged, Darren sent me the link to purchase a new screen and when it came I took the laptop and screen to Darren and it was fixed within a couple hours.My laptop isn't common so it was harder to fix and get the part.Thank you D7logic/Darren, it back to looking new.

Very quick response to my message on WhatsApp, this was at 1am as well. It was super simple to request what I needed and to receive the cost.I needed my gaming pc fully deep cleaned and I was not disappointed with the end result. Easy to drop pc off and my system was back with me in 2 hours.There are some before and after pictures, these were sent to me during the process, along with many more photos to keep me updated.Overall, I’m very happy with the service and pricing, would definitely use D7Logic again and would recommend to anyone requiring help with any PC issues.

5 stars isn't enough, I would give it many more! Amazing service and communication, highest quality and honesty! Any budget or any request is not a problem. Transparent approach. My son's computer has been fixed and upgraded, using some new and pre-existing parts (which I had). I will be using D7Logic services again for sure.

Deran was fantastic. Kind, friendly, very quick and efficient.I called for a repair for my sons PC. I was unsure at first, as I haven't had to do anything like this before. As soon as I spoke to Deran, I felt a sense of relief.I dropped the PC, Deran said he'd call with more information and to discuss the cost.Within an hr I received pictures of my sons PC working and stating he had found the problem. The power supply had given up. Fortunately Deran was able to replace it. He did offer the opportunity to find our own replacement, but we we very happy with the price and had the PC back an hour later.My son is over the moon to be playing on his PC again. Thank you Deran.I have no doubt we will be using D7 logic again in the future. I have already recommended to a friend.If you have a PC problem, I'd highly recommend taking it to D7 logic.

Deran was an absolute legend in diagnosing a PC I had recently purchased, and it is absolutely refreshing to learn that there are still some of us Tech Guys out there willing to help others for reasonable prices. Incredible service. Stayed well after the expected finish time to make sure my new motherboard was working fine and that I could log back into my PC. Helped with BIOS settings and even offered advice on how to optimise my setup. Would give more than 5* if I could.

I give 5 star, because Google doesn't let to give more.Deran is a real professional.Booked appointment for laptop cleaning as CPU was overheating. Dropped the laptop at D7Logic, less than 3 hours later it was done. My laptop is performing much better since. He did extra tests as well for free and gave lot of advices regarding how to maintain my laptop. I will choose D7Logic next time as well for sure.

I could not be happier with my experience of using D7Logic. I wanted to buy a gaming PC for my son but didn’t really know what I was doing. Deran took the time to find out what I needed, find out my budget, research what could be bought within that budget, give me options to compare, create a customised shopping list, remind me that if I made my purchases on a given day then I’d benefit from a Prime Day discount. When the parts arrived, Deran came to my house and helped my son to build his own PC (which was a great educational experience and gave my son a sense of accomplishment as well as being fun). He then set it up, made sure it was all working and was just generally brilliant. Great service!
