Sending a email saying that the driver tried to deliver my parcelAnd in fact had not even been to my house as two of us was in all day 1 was in garage working with doors open and I was in office upstairs looking out window waiting plus i double checked the cameraThen when I called up was on tve phone for 1hr 20mins sorting it out 50mins before someone spoke to me the before o hot passed to another person with another waitAll I got was 'we will try to deliver it again'.Again you didnt even try the first time

Appalling service... Booked a collection, drove 30 miles from home to office to make sure it got collected. waited all day for the van to drive past without even attempting collection. when i called complaints they said as it was through ebay they cant help and i would need to cancel and rebook. 60 miles of driving for nothing!... think ill go DHL next time
