I had a couple of trousers alteration done from them for which they charged £19 and within a couple of months the stitching has come off and the folds opened up in both of them. They charged a a hefty price for this shoddy and poor quality service.Will not recommend anybody to go to them for any trouser alterations.

Took 2 Range Rover keys in after phoning and explaining the problems with the keys which they said they would be able to rectify.After fiddling about with one of the keys which needed a new fob they said they were unable to do it. They other key needed programming which they said they would need to remove most of the dashboard to do.Went to another place and they replaced the key fob in 10 minutes and to reprogram the key was a simple process of putting the key in the ignition and turning it a few times then pressing a few buttons on the fob. They charged me £30 for the the fob and didn’t charge for the key reprogramming. Stick to the dry cleaning boys and girls.

Had been told by main dealers that they would not be able to do a spare key to my Mercedes Sprinter because the control units had been changed but Icon car keys were able to do this for me within 1 hour. Very happy and would recommend.

After phoning 10 different auto locksmiths I phoned icon car keys and was told they have my key in stock and came to my car and gave me a new key within 2 hours. Very happy with there service. The best and would recommend

Cut new blade for Mercedes others say they can't cut, £15 and supplied a new Saab fob and key blade peogrammed to the car on the spot £170 in 15 minutes. Tops for car keys

It’s very rare that I’m writing a review but today I felt to do it. I just had a shocking experience. I just moved to a new place and wanted to get a spare key for the back gate. The man didn’t even say hello then after some waiting he took the key then after few minutes he just gave the key back he said no then answered the phone and didn’t pay more attention to me. I have no clue why he couldn’t make the cut. It’s not the treatment you expect. With this attitude not many customers will they have for sure. Now I’m looking for another place.
