Ordered orbital sander online, came next day. Great price, brilliant service. Wish I lived closer to see all the tools.

I ordered a couple of impact wrenches and a few tools to go with them. Wasn’t in a major rush, so was happy to take the free 2-3 day shipping. expected them by the weekend, Monday at the latest. Monday I get a phone call from bigredpowertools to say dpd were returning my package to themselves. No explanation, no tracking number, nothing. I was assured that once my items were received, they’d be sent straight back out. I contacted dpd who advised me no parcel had been collected for my address within the last 14-days, from anywhere. I called bigredpowertools for an explanation, this time the guy on the phone let slip that dpd hadn’t even been booked for my order (a much more likely explanation). I asked them to cancel my order and ordered my tools from a different supplier, which actually arrived next day (free shipping) from much further away than bigredpowertools would’ve been sending them from.It took another email and a few more days before I had confirmation that my order was being cancelled and another couple of days after that before they processed the refund and a few more days, still, before the money reappeared in my account. Shoddy service and lies seem to be the best they can offer. There is no way I shall ever be ordering from bigredpowertools again. I strongly recommend you give them a wide birth too.

Shocking service, I bought some milwaukee shears but they turned out to be faulty, 6 months plus and still no refund and not replying to emails, absolutely disgusting service, I was told that they had sent them back to Milwaukee for inspection but that was months ago.

Avoid this company and go elsewhere, still in a ongoing dispute over a refund for tools not received, they really are not helpful at all and expect me to be out of pocket for a substantial amount, so avoid, had to put 1 star to post

Bought stuff from them online a few times, always been delivered quickly with good customer service. Last week I was passing their actual premises so stopped to go in their showroom, absolutely amazing. Is a dream for any Milwaukee fan

Would go to one of the main retailers to buy your Milwaukee products.bought a £420 rivet used once, had to take back, was told 7 to 10 days to be repaired from milwaukee 3 weeks later no call nothing , called them to be told still not back , i asked them to replace , they refused... go direct to milwaukee - do not buy from this company

Amazing place. Just what i was lookimg for. Great selection of Milwaukee products. Staff super friendly. Very well laid out wasn't hard to find anything. Had good parking space at the front.
