Had problems with a charging port stuck in an iPhone. Came to the store and was sorted straightaway. Even did it for free! Lovely clean store and the customer assistant was very polite and professional. Great service and great people. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the local area!

Harpreet Singh (Rikki) could not have been more helpful. I needed a new phone, with more memory, plus some accessories. I am not very Tech Savvy, but Rikki guided me through all the options in a friendly and easy to understand way. I was delighted with the end result, at a very reasonable price. All the data was transferred, swiftly and efficiently, with no loss. I strongly recommend Monmouth Mobi Experts - top notch!

Ricky is an absolute genius and fixed my phone for a great price after I thought all hope was lost. My phone was fixed within 20 minutes and I was extremely happy with the service and results. This man is a lifesaver and he is highly recommended! Do yourself a favour and visit his shop!

100% agree with previous reviewer. Lovely people , good value and great service. Walked in at 17.55 with a broken charging port. They changed it in 15 mins and i was on my way. Perfect !

Absolutely outstanding service! Smashed my Samsung S20FE phone screen at 4.30pm. At 6pm I was home with the phone fixed - it took 20 minutes to get there and 20 to get home! Lifesaving service delivered with a smile and fantastic customer service, and very competitive price. Would highly recommend MME to anyone. Thank you again!
