N J Richards have just spent six weeks doing complex repair work to our house. It was a job that came with many difficulties, some unforeseeable, but they worked with skill, efficiency, knowledge and expertise to achieve an impressive, high-quality result. They were consistently helpful, friendly and hardworking, both those in charge and those working on site. At every stage they were good at communicating about the nature and progress of the work and dealing with any questions we might have. They kept disruption to us to a minimum.
