Chang Noi - Thai Laos Street Food
We had a great experience. I mean two, as we Liked them so much, and west back next day. Very delicious food, kind owner, waitress and cook from Laos, she took care of my allergies, gave us extra food to try and taste. We brought the food Home but Waited there and had some chats also. She puts her heart into her food. Highly recommended place. We will never forget the food and Service.

Chang Noi - Thai Laos Street Food
Tried Chang Noi for the first today and what a find this restaurant is. The food is fantastic the staff are very friendly and the place is spotless. If you love thai authentic food this is the place to go. I highly recommend the Golden Bags as a starter. Very impressed!

It's a simple establishment. However, it doesn't make it less of a gem.I think it's run my an aunt and a nephew.Stumbled upon them randomly after a house viewing. Checked on restaurants close by and saw good reviews about them. So in I went.I can gosh all day about their food.I've gone in multiple times and each them, it was great. Dine in and takeouts. They also deliver though I haven't tried this.Bursting with flavours that don't overwhelm you.I'm Nigerian and wanted spicy food and they did good. We've also specifically asked for non-spicy food to be made spicy and they obliged us.They don't sell alcohol.They're affordable for the portions, not to mention the taste.

Well, what can I say, this place makes some fantastic food! Fresh and full of flavour. I ordered Beef Pad Thai Noodles, a great big helping of them, and loved that you had your chilli flakes on the side, so could add as much as you want to suit your taste. Also, a Chicken Massaman Curry, which was beautiful! My only downvote (and I wouldn't even say it was) is that your main dishes don't come with a side included like some competitors do. So keep in mind that you'll need to order a side.Overall, I can happily say I've found a new favourite Thai restaurant with great food, good staff and reasonable prices.

Chang Noi - Thai Laos Street Food
Little gem of a sit in/takeaway authentic Thai/Laos cuisine, perfectly balanced flavours with just the right amount of spice served by the most genuine couple. Might be new to Belfast but definitely not new to hard work and satisfying their customers. Best Thai food I’ve tasted outside of Thailand. Well done and good luck with the future of Chang Noi.

Chang Noi - Thai Laos Street Food
Sadly the food was really bad! £30 worth ended up in the bin. Pork rib curry in photos was basically a very spicy oil and some bland sad looking ribs. Pad Thai had a funky smell/taste, was very salty and had none of the tamarind sweetness at all - also no lemon, peanuts or chilli. Chips were soft and soggy. The only good thing was the dumplings, golden bags and satay sauce. Very disappointed.
