Waited 30mins for food & not busy. When asked where it was nobody knew! No customer service skills & a dont care attitude from staff. Old staff delight in new staff getting it wrong! Needs a good clear out!

I like Morrisons . Although I do feel the cafe staff could be a little more friendly and attentive. There were dirty tables and I seemed to wait a while despite being the only one in the queue. But food was good.

Went for breakfast this morning, the hash browns were just crisp, hardly and potatoe in them. In the mushrooms I found a spider! The women in the counter with brown hair was ever so rude and had no customer service skills!, she couldn’t even smile!Will not be coming back anytime soon!— the manager was lovely:)

Noticed they were on Uber eats, I placed an order around 10:30am, 2 hours later at 12:30pm I was still waiting.. I then received a notification through the Uber app at 12:40pm that they cancelled my order? I waited over 2 hours for absolutely nothing, with no communication from the cafe itself to apologise which shows a lack of customer service. I would recommend not offering a delivery service if you can’t deliver, it’s that simple

Went for breakfast. It wasn’t busy . You can order your food on a screen by the cafe . It could be me but found it difficult to Oder food and decaffeinated drinks . Ended up going to the till to place my order . Staff friendly. Food reasonably but fresh . Prices good . Did find it difficult to clean my of dishes off the table but again could be me with my disability.

This is not based on the cafe but the store itself which has been revamped all i can say is i wont be going again. They have pushed the isles together so made it alot narrower the isles are way too long taken away a central passageway when you get to the tills there is no room and on a busy day i was there no room to move not enough staff on the tills also i found the place very claustrophobic what used to be a really nice small town supermarket has been changed for the worst

No mustard in the sauce holders on the tables is a bit of a letdown even Morrisons own would have been fine if not Colmans.Otherwise it's passable fayre for agreeable money. Worse food than Wetherspoons but cheaper and fewer alcoholics sat in their own piss

Poor customer service, a member of staff was trying to put people off ordering over a 15 minute wait time. Interestingly, our food came out in less than 10 minutes. Have been on two separate occasions and I find the staff really lacking any good customer service skills.
