The team at Arc Business Interiors have been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the initial briefing through to the delivery of our new office, the entire experience has been painless. The team listened to our requirements and brought our vision to life with the designs. They were adept at giving us choices on designs and easily overcame any challenges either with space, budget or furniture.The service delivery felt very tailored to us, and they took the time to talk through in detail the reasons for design choices and arranged for us to visit furniture suppliers so we could explore all the different options and help us to make more informed decisions.As a project management consultancy ourselves, it was a pleasure to work with a great project management team as the whole office fit out was delivered on time and on budget. They kept us regularly informed of progress and were quick to resolve any issues.The end result is fantastic, and we’ve never seen a design so close to the reality! Our new office has enabled our team to work in a new agile environment which accommodates different ways of working for now and in the future.

I used Arc Business Interiors for a small office move three years ago, and had no hesitation in using them again for a much larger office relocation recently. Arc personnel visited various office sites with me to provide guidance on which space they felt would work best from a practical and design point of view, essentially helping me chose which building to move in to. They then designed and planned the new interior space, before embarking on the full fit out. My assigned project manager, Rebecca Trowbridge, was excellent throughout. She was extremely communicative and responsive, knowledgeable, provided advice and guidance along the way - she even came shopping with me for small decorative items for the office. I truly felt that she was as invested in the final product as I was. I would not hesitate to use Arc again, and would highly recommend Arc to other businesses looking for office furniture, new space design, or full fit out.

3D Group engaged with Arc as part of our head office relocation from central Nottingham to J27 of the M1.The new premises required a huge project to re-purpose the two-story space into the multi-functional warehouse & office environment needed to drive our business forwards.Arc helped guide us with design, function, infrastructure and relocation support, at all times demonstrating a solution-driven approach to all issues we encountered along the way.The team involved was extensive and covered a wide range of Arc employees alongside 3rd party suppliers, all project managed by Arc. We found all to be professional, responsive and delivered a high quality of output.We have continued to work with Arc as we settle in and would recommend their services to anyone looking to undertake a similar project.

We have used ARC for two of our estate agency branch redesigns and they've been brilliant! Rebecca really understood our company brand and ethos and worked this into the designs, creating a contemporary look and making the best use of space available. Thanks also to Ady, the project manager on site, who kept us up to date with progress and both projects were finished on time to a really high standard. We will definitely continue to work with ARC to re-fit our other John German branch locations.

Recently worked with ARC on our new Arnold office. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and how the project was managed from start to finish.On site team were extremely efficient and special shout-out to Rebecca for her fantastic design and input throughout the process when hurdles came up on execution… I’m glad she stood with me when there was opposition to the moss wall!Already looking forward to working with them again on other projects!
