Absolutely LOVE this shop. It is like a treasure trove with so many gift ideas and a fantastic card selection too. You always get such a warm welcome from the ladies who work there. I would highly recommend anyone to go have a look inside.

Mixed bag, nice service originally from dark haired lady, then I asked another lady with blonde hair a question on an item if it was on sale and she was very facetious with me so I won't be recommending the shop and won't be going back.

Our go to shop. Great cards. With one off gifts and even greater service. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Hard to leave there empty handed.

For special cards I've always gone here to support an independent retailer. Last 2 occasions, within the last week, the same email has been on the counter, surrounded by order forms and spreadsheets. I understand times are hard for retailers but they're hard for customers too. A good morning or smile cost nothing and that's the kind of welcome you get from the cheap and cheerful chain card shop over the road. Not sure I'm prepared to pay a premium for lacklustre service.

No price lists for cards in shop to match codes on the back. When I asked why there are no price lists for the cards...I was told older people can't see them...but we will tell you the price. Another assistant then told me that all the cards are individually priced so there is no need for a price list........she couldn't find one that had a price on!!! I was then told two different prices by two different assistants....seemingly they just make up there own mind what to charge. By law they should have a price list on show to match up to the codes on the cards. There attitude was people in Harborne can afford it. I would not recommend anyone spending money in this shop.
