Needed a tyre replacing ASAP and after calling multiple places with no luck, Martin from Hometyre came to the rescue 24 hours after getting. Everyone I encountered were pleasant and helpful. Martin was absolutely fantastic.As someone who is visiting the area, Martin really came to the rescue when my own Car Company failed to deliver on experience. I reached out to Hometyre today as a result of a pretty bad puncture, not knowing what to expect as it was new to me, I opted to have two new tyres fitted instead of a repair and sure enough a mobile fitter was booked for a visit on the same day without any issue, the person on the phone was on top of it and very helpful throughout.Then Martin, the technician responding to the job called me within minutes of my initial call, giving me an ETA and then called me again later to confirm he was on route.When he arrived, which was bang on on time, we greeted each other and he immediately got to work starting with an assessment while talking me through it, he then proceeded to crack on with it, again talking me through each step, all performed with an impressive level of skills. The speed and accuracy of his work made it clear that it is his bread and butter. We also had a really good chat throughout.Then came the moment to pay, again, all explained clearly, no questionable or hidden costs, and the transaction went smoothly too. Best of all, it took from start to finish 30 mins at most. Without a doubt one of the best experience dealing with a business.The customer service was impeccable, the costs affordable and the professionalism flawless. 10/10 would recommend Martin and Hometyre. They just earned a new lifetime customer.

Martin from HomeTyre is quick efficient and incredibly helpful. He is a polite man who offers the complete tyre fitting service out on the road. He has rescued my boss’s car twice now and has arrived at the arranged time, sorted the vehicle promptly, checked all the other tyres and that the car is safe!I would highly recommend this company and obviously Martin in particular as he is in our area.The service from the first contact has been very slick and professional, you make the call, the office arrange the nearest engineer, you receive an email or message with the estimated time, then you are contacted when the engineer is on their way. All I can say is 5 Star service and Experience.Made the call after having a puncture at the side of the road.(on my 40th Birthday)Agreed to have the tyre fitted at the hotel we were staying at the following day. Phone call was very quick and easy.Martin arrived exactly on time as agreed. Very polite, experienced guy and easy to have a conversation with. Sorted the car within 30-40 mins and we could get home.Wouldn’t call another business if I was in this position again. Perfect!!
