Joined the 6 week postpartum challenge as I didn't know how to navigate fitness post pregnancy/c-section.I must say I am loving the classes, and feel stronger and more confident with each passing week as the intensity evolves. It has also been so great having the group support of soothing babies and regaining fitness collectively with the other new mums.

Really nice small group ladies gym studio with a great selection of equipment. Excellent, friendly trainers with a great variety of classes - there is something for everyone here and it is a very welcoming and inclusive environment - doesn’t matter age / fitness level etc - you soon get the hang of it and everyone is welcome for a fun work out!

Nice environment and atmosphere, good structure to classes, varied functional exercises. A lovely sense of community to be around other mums and fussy babies whilst attempting to workout! The trainers will also hold babies for parts of the class when they can which is super helpful. 4 stars from me as there’s no free parking or changing on site, and also quite expensive for a block of classes.

EXCELLENTI joined TTG in spring of 2022 and over a year on, still consider it the best training for women that I have come across in over 30 years of working on my fitness in London. I have worked with excellent trainers previously, however with TTG there is a roster of excellent trainers backed by a superb administrative team. This means that trainers can provide each other with cover which is good news for members. TTG trainers are excellent and love to challenge us. The sheer range of classes on offer provides flexibility and limits the need to skip training when life becomes busy.

I’ve been a member at The Toning Ground for a year now and it has had such a positive impact on my life.The amazing trainers and environment make it such an enjoyable place to train. Using the app makes booking classes easy and having monthly credits help me to train consistently.I would definitely recommend TTG, especially if you are a bit self conscious when it comes to working out. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is, you’ll definitely leave feeling fitter than when you walked in!

After having my second baby, I wanted to get back into exercise but found it hard to find classes that would fit in around looking after my children. I then found The Toning Ground who provide post natal classes where I can also take my baby along with me.The classes are fantastic. The instructor is knowledgeable about post partum exercising. She is also fantastic with the babies whilst the Mummy’s exercise.The classes have not only been great for my physical health, but emotionally too. I highly recommend to any Mum’s wanting to get back into exercise and improve their fitness.

The postnatal classes at this facility are excellent. They take in to consideration your antenatal history and work with you to get you moving as soon as you’re comfortable. Tina, the trainer, is great at adapting exercises to you if you’re unable to do certain movements. I also love that Tina remembers your name and doesn’t just refer to you as “mummy” as so often is the case with postnatal activities. It’s also wonderful to have the option of bringing baby with you, who can be kept occupied during the session with a little help from other trainers who are there to support the session. Four stars only as there is no free parking and a block of classes is pricey, especially when on maternity leave!

This place has been extremely welcome while on maternity leave with my little one. After introducing child-friendly classes I can now get back to some exercise and some time in the day for me. Tina is a fantastic trainer and super helpful with the LOs which also helps greatly. The atmosphere is very supportive, welcoming and encouraging - just what you need when returning to exercise.

Best gym ever! Amazing trainers and a wonderful group of women to workout with. As a beginner I was intimidated by joining a gym and working out but I felt completely at ease from my first class at TTG. Working out in a small group ensures that the trainers are able to pay attention to everyone and focus on form. Highly recommend to everyone at all levels of training.
