After looking for some time, I found the model and specification of vehicle, at the right price at Petersfield cars.It has been a very different, and very pleasant experience from start to finish. No pushy sales staff....just friendly people who could answer all my questions and for whom nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I can't recommend them highly enough. Special thanks to Jonathan Grant who has been brilliant.I would recommend them to anyone.

I went to the car centre last weekend and looked at the VW Golf I wanted. No body came to bother me, or help, or ask if I had any questions, I was left alone, which is just what I wanted. When I went inside, I said I'd like to see more of the car and for a test drive. I was given the keys and told if I had any questions, they were there to help. I could drive the car if I wanted. No hassles, not sales talk, no questions, Just perfectly relaxed way to view the car. I drove the car and decided I wanted it. Katie was very helpful, and showed me the paperwork, and answered a few questions I had. I was nervous at spending so much money! She patiently talked me through exactly what to do about payment, insurance, tax, and I could collect the car the same day - which was an hour later! Katie did everything including buying the 12 months tax. Superb service, and I am very grateful for her help and patience.After sales service also good so far - the sat nav had a missing memory card, and after a single email to Katie she had one organised for me.All good, very good.(if you go there to look at a car - ask for Katie!)

I just want to say that I had a very excepțional experience buying a car from Jonathan. Very professional and helpful with information. Brought a Nissan that came from them it was sold to me by Skoda Winchester had to put new tyres on as the tyres had been on the car so long they were not safe the first long journey the gearbox started playing up if they had got on to Nissan when the car had less than 30000 miles could of been fix by nissan this car let me down big time will not buy another from them

I recently bought my new Octavia here and was really impressed with the service from start to finish. Jonathan dealt with my purchase, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. There was no pressure whatsoever, and he answered all of my questions promptly. I would highly recommend Petersfield Used Car Centre, and in particular Jonathan who was by far the best salesman I have ever encountered.

We recently purchased the SUV Nissan Xtrail from here. Sean and Johnathan were both fantastic. Johnathan answered my phone on a Sunday and we spoke pretty much everyday for a week. He answered all my questions. We made two trips one to view the car second to pick it up. They did a fantastic job on polishing it and it was immaculately cleaned. The paper work was detailed. Although most show rooms blag it that they have done thorough checks, however Johnathan showed us the paper work of what checks were carried out. Car came with a 6 month warranty up to £1k of repairs which was very reasonable. New service and new M.O.T. Both Sean and Johnathan are easily reachable and instantly answer queries. I will definitely will be coming back for another buy. Thanks for a smooth exchange. Johnathan is dual skilled. Believe or not after working long hrs he still has the energy to milk cows on a Sunday. Brilliant sales person. PS he sounds like his 50 but in his late 20s. If your lucky he might give you pint of unpasteurised fresh milk on a Monday morning. I can imagine the laughter Sean is having reading this personal review. However my wife and I had a fantastic experience. We went to big motoring world the weekend prior to it. I was not happy with the experience. I still remember Sean's advise on cars when I read the bad reviews on Nissan X trail. He said buying a car is like walking into a decorated living room. Its down to personal taste you either hate it or love it". He was spot on there

Have to join the ever expanding list of people singing the praise of Petersfield used car centre. I purchased a used Skoda Kodiaq, dealing with Sean, Katy and Jonathan.Viewing and purchasing: I was given space to view and test the vehicle. There was never any hard selling, I was simply left to view and test the vehicle at my leisure. Any questions I had were answered and yet again left to my own devices which was wonderful. When I was done, the purchase was discusses over a cup of tea, again no sales tactics in site.Preparation: the car was prepared and put through their workshop prior to delivery and all maintenance tasks carried out. Nothing was over looked, recieving 4 new tyres and a thorough brake replacement.Delivery: the car was delivered exactly as arranged, the warranty explained and final paperwork signed.From start to finish, with every person I dealt with during the purchase, it felt like I was working with a family. All extremely friendly, courteous and professional. Other establishments could learn a thing or two from here. Despite being a two hour drive away from me, I'll be asking them to help me when I next need to purchase a car

I drove 90 mins to see a car which seemed fine at first glance, but I'm not 100% sure it hasn't been fixed up by a previous owner so I decided not to buy it.But credit where it's due, even though I don't think they agreed with me, they gave me my deposit back with no hassle and with no pressures what so ever. They seem to be an honest garage and I would buy a car from them.

Bought a Renault Megane from these guys a week ago. I can not recommend them enough, genuinely. The whole experience was great.I had one issue with the car which was nobodies fault and when i called them they sounded genuinely concerned and its being rectified as i type this.Buy from Jonathan or Sean you will not regret it!!

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Dealt with Jonathan throughout, who went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly, including bringing the car to our home in the evening for a test drive. Plenty of good information provided about the vehicle and answers to questions were honest and straight forward. Didn't feel pressurised at any point. Would strongly recommend and would not hesitate to deal with again in the future.
