I am a first time landlord and Berkeley Shaw have made everything so easy and smooth. I would recommend them, helpful and have kept me informed all the time, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Really responsive real estate agents. They were always quick to answer my questions of help to communicate with the vendors' solicitors.While I was buying a flat, it will have been nice if they were giving a bit more info on the residence and its wow once the sell was completed.

To be fair, I'd avoid this agency.There are no services for emergency!I've had 3 instances of emergencies where they couldn't care less about the problem. 1. There was an issue with the front door lock. I was locked out of my property on a Saturday morning and had to spend whole weekend + Monday at a friend's because they couldn't send someone in to fix it. 2. The toilet's ceiling was flooding (literally, not leaking) when the neighbour upstairs was showering and this agency didn't blink an eye. I was lucky the agency from upstairs was very responsible and sent someone in immediately. 3. There is a rat in my kitchen, wandering around, eating my food and spreading disease. I don't know if this is not an emergency then what is. It's been a day and the agency is waiting for consent" from the landlord to send pest contol service!"

The team were always on hand to follow up with all parties whilst the sale was progressing and handled everything in a professional and friendly manner.
