Loved the showroom. Good choice and no pressure on buying.Delivery very straightforward and carried out exactly as expected.

Tried calling several times to change delivery address and to pay balance. No answer and phone call drops. Very poor.

Although I had a problem with the first bed I ordered, the staff at Parkgate dealt with it straightaway. The delivery men were excellent. I am very happy with my new bed.

The sales rep was very forceful trying to get us to buy a bed over out price range wouldn't leave us to look on our own.Didn't mention about the extra delivery charge on top of the bed price, offered us a free mattress protector to seal the deal then tried denying saying she didnt once it had all been paid.

My bed is amazing very well packaged and came on time when they said it would also got a call to say they would be half an hour and they wasLovely guys who delivered itShop staff at Rotherham bedsons for beds are brilliant too will always use these for any beds I need for future

Went for a bed and we bought one. Sales chap offered help not pushy and we took it as there is a lot of choice. Prices are reasonable with as mentioned a lot" of choice. Best to have a good idea what you want. We did so he was able to point us to the right combination quickly. What we did like was to 40 day trial period. If you cannot get on with the mattress they will swop it for harder or softer etc. Wish we had this last mattress we bought which felt great in the shop but caused aches and pains so had to add a memory foam topper. Hopefully wont need to swop but is good to have as a fall back. Did shop around before buying but all over package and guarantees were good so we were happy to choose Bensons. They have other guarantees for damage etc. Sales chap ran through them but didn't over sell and we declines. Delivery date set so fingers crossed will all go to plan."

Nice new showroom with ample parking. Very helpful staff who answered all my questions and offered advice where needed. Also ensured a good price on my new purchase.
