Went in to ask about a problem I was experiencing last week and felt I got fobbed off, however I went back today to ask once again( as I could not get thru on phone or on line as previously told to do) I spoke to Harry and he was amazing, hehelped me out every step of the way in a professional manner, he is a credit to your company

Went in store to take out a new contract last week week, Marley was especially lovely, sorted me out and was really friendly. Had a slight issue with the network not transferring my number but the staff sorted me out when I went back in to query this. Really nice approachable store.The only downside to my visit was the store temperature, as there is no door it was freezing, i felt really sorry for the staff on the shop floor as they were layered up and its not even reached the coldest temperature yet. Not comfortable for customers when taking out a new contract as it isn’t a 5 min visit. Get them some adequate heating!

Fabulous service as always at 3 Chester Store . All staff are very helpful. Today David has resolved an issue of not receiving trade in payments for me . Amazing customer service. Would highly recommend this 3 store.. Louise , Jasmine and Kayden Warden

Amazing assistants - sorted my husband and myself out quickly and professionally better by far than the Internet- go to the shop we will never use Internet again

It was a day of “P’s”. We had a problem accessing the account on my wife’s phone. Paul helped us resolve it. It wasn’t an easy process. Changing email addresses, passwords, sending OTP’s, contacting customer support. But Paul did it. Professional, polite, practical, patient & personable. If you’re his manager, he deserves praise for the effort he put in. Well done Paul & thank you. Reading this you’ll remember who we were.

We've been customers for years. Very helpful staff. We were served by Steve who was brilliant and not for the first time. He's always more than happy to make sure we get the assistance we need. Thank you and well done.

My husband felt we had exceptionally good service and help. Steve in particular rescued his mobile from oblivion. It was unusable and now is working perfectly.
