He was able to explain everything in a non-patronising manner, and made sure I understood it all before we moved on. I went yesterday to look at a E-C4. I told to gentleman I would be getting it through work. Even though he knew there wouldn’t be a sale from myself he took the time to explain all the different specifications and show me around the car. Great customer service!

Went in with an Adblue issue on a 5 year old car and the experience was terrible and costly, neither of which should happen at such a young age and low milage well serviced car. The engineer we dealt with was polite and explanatory about the work and problems we had, but that doesn't excuse their disgusting hourly rate and method of fault finding. Ultimately the issue is Citroen, not the people or the garage, but we were their customer and they represented Citroen. I will not be buying a Citroen again and I will go back to using my trusted private mechanic that charges less than 1/2 the hourly rate, does an equal if not better job and at least washes the car inside and out if I spend £100 with them, let alone the £1300 I spent here and car came back as dirty as it went in. Sometimes when you are being robbed, a clean car inside and out goes a long way!
