Paul came as arranged and assessed the job , and after we had received the new cable drum we arranged a time to fit it . Both times arrived as arranged . Friendly , knowledgeable person who made a good job . Ensured it was working before leaving us . Happy with the job and price and would highly recommend. Very satisfied customer thats why I gave Paul 5 stars .

Paul has looked after my mum's stair lift for over 10 years. He is totally professional, committed and reliable and my mum considers herself very lucky to have found him. He regularly comes up to Manchester at short notice if needed to fix the stairlift and also offers remote advice over the telephone in the meantime. We would highly recommend Paul.
