Alex Shoe Repairs

I cannot recommend this shoe repair shop enough! I had broken my best pair of trainers and had lost faith that they could be repaired. They had a huge tear in the side of the shoe and I thought that was it for them…However, I showed them to the man at this shop and he knew exactly what to do to fix them! He was super friendly and had amazing customer service, extremely knowledgeable with what to do and restored my faith in the life of these shoes!!After repairing them, they looked brand new. You would have never thought they were broken at all!I would 1000% recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Kevin was AMAZING and absolutely saved my day. A pair of heels I have had broken a few months back, and wanting to wear them to a party that day; I forgot they had broken. He fitted me in and got them fixed and looking brand new an hour later. So appreciated, a lovely, lovely man too!!

I took a pair of trainers into these guys for repair (deteriorating sole). They were completely honest about the job needed and without “taking my money for the sake of it” they advised me on the best possible solution.Absolute salt of the earth, not enough merchants like it!

Love how this shoe repair shop opens at 7:30 am! Perfect for a morning person like me and there are no local parking restrictions before 9:30 am! Took my Louboutin strappy shoe for repair as the elasticated back strap had broken and Kevin greeted me with a smile and asked me when I wanted it repaired. I said as soon as possible. He said he could have it done today and asked what time would be good for me. I said could he have it done in an hour? And he said YES! Wow! I drove home, had breakfast, did the laundry and returned to pick up my repaired Louboutin! Bring cash as he does not accept credit cards. I brought exactly £18 as I had asked how much before I left his shop. He even let me know he had glossy red half soles that would match the Louboutin when I needed it in future. I have saved the location of his shoe shop on my google map as a favourite place.

Wow wow wow is all I can say! Amazing service from Kevin- always going the extra mile. The expertise and attention to detail is perfect for designer shoes too- I’m bring my Louboutin’s back here!!
