many thanks to mark, and the young lady on the phone at right rubber burton on trent. for their help today monday the 10th of october, i got in touch with them with a problem trying to find a piece of silicone hose. not knowing whether or not they dealt with the general public or not. i only needed a small amount of hose literally inches, to connect two pieces of pipe together for a large scale racing buggy. mark went out of his way to help me with this matter, and with the slight difference in outer diameter between the two pipes.he also sorted out a silicone sleeve,to rectify this problem for me. what a great guy he didn't know me from adam,but helped me nevertheless and i wasn't ripped off, i am really grateful. if i had to use your products in the future, i would without hesitation, i also wouldn't have any problem recommending you to anyone thumbs up.

I'm sorry but rather than being honest and say you can't source viton, and sell me neoprene o rings and tell me they are viton, is only good for your business not mine.Not cricket.
