My experience of this company in relation to my gate entrance Telgaurd SIM has been very poor. I have had problems with the SIM and have called and emailed their office on a number of occasions to resolve the ongoing issues. No one calls me back. Most unprofessional. Even though I have changed to another carrier, I still await their courtesy of a call.Response to Telguard's reply -In response to your first comment, this is simply not the case. I have only ever received one email from you referring specifically to my complaint despite several emails from me which were never replied to. Also, I called your office on two separate occasions attempting unsuccessfully to resolve the issue. When I spoke to your customer service the second time I was told that the lady who was one of the directors would give me a call to my mobile number. I never received a call from this lady.Referring to your second point, once again, this is not the case. Our AES gate system was not your installed system. It was already in situ when I installed your SIM and it was later replaced by an updated yet identical AES brand system. In addition to this, at no time have I received a copy of your service contract I requested.In reply to your third point, on every occasion I have corresponded with you, I have acknowledged the fact that the updated AES system now sends out, what I have learned from the manufacturers, is a 'heart beat' every 15 seconds but, I hope you will agree that the approximate total of 25kb per month worth of data it sends/receives is miniscule and in no way should result in a monthly invoice going from £7.50 to over £100.I contacted you immediately you debited my account with these new charges to discuss and resolve the issue and again, specifically asked you to send me a copy of your contract which you have never done so. Having spoken to other SIM card suppliers, they have all stated that at least half a GB of data per month, either up or downloading free of charge on a monthly basis, is the industry norm. I still await to see a copy of your/our contract agreement. Why do you ignore my requests for this?In response to your last remark, again, this is simply not the case. I stopped the direct debit and replaced your SIM card with another only as a result of NOT receiving any replies or call backs from you in relation to my complaint and what is more, you continued to add charges to my account even after the SIM had been replaced and no longer being used. In addition to this, my bank informed me that your company had continued to resend unauthorised direct debit requests to my bank over the last three months which they paid and which I had to request refunds for. My bank has subsequently installed a block on any payment request from your company and have stated to me that they have opened a case of investigation.In conclusion, I am very disappointed too. I have no doubt, all of this could have been mutually resolved between us in the beginning had you at least taken the trouble to communicate with me then, as you have found it necessary to do now, in response to my Google review.

An entirely pointless and useless service that was clearly thought of as a concept but never properly tested. Can count on one hand the times where the service provided has been satisfactory - literally every other time it fails to achieve its *basic* purpose in allowing the user to open the door. On multiple occasions I've been left standing for 5+ minutes ringing again and again only for the door to be unresponsive.Reconsider you business practices.

Very poor service. We have commercial building with one controlled door used by 9 tenants who occasionally move out or change details. Telguard completely unable to keep up with changes and frequently reprogram door entry system incorrectly - preventing our tenants getting in! Much more effort needed to improve and meanwhile would not recommend.
