Absolutely awful. I know that my house sale had some complications due to the purchasers mortgage provider requiring documents from the council but over the course of my purchase;- The initial solicitor I dealt with lost email replies from the maintenance company and tried to blame them for 2 months until I contacted them.- I had near enough 0 contact from the solicitor for a following 2 months despite me trying near enough every other day.- This then got moved up a priority after I contacted the council directly about the documents we were waiting for and they told me it was a simple form.- Once it was being dealt with by a more senior solicitor she also managed to dodge every attempt to contact her.Absolutely terrible communication which left me anxious for around 6 months as I had no idea what was going on and as they’d been caught lying twice I no longer trusted them.

I cannot recommend Ella enough. Her expertise and professionalism really helped the buy and sell process and reduced the stress levels no end.Ella worked in the Sales Progression team, and just having one point of contact for solicitors and estate agents is brilliant.Even at those points where there was nothing to report, Ella would still take my calls and provide the facts with clarity and in a supportive manner.I felt like Ella really was invested and understood my concerns, and that I wasn't just part of the buy and sell process.Definitely recommend using Ella and the team!!!!
