Lean 4 Fitness (Ringwood)
5 weeks into the 6 week course and the results are quite amazing. Big weight loss of over 5kg and almost 3% fat loss reduction. It’s a strict diet but the meal sizes mean I am never hungry. Intensive physical training 3 times a week was hard at first but now my stamina is increasing to meet the challenge. If you want to change yourself physically and also mentally I would recommend this 100%

Over 3 weeks into my 6 week challenge, the meal plan is easy to follow once you get into your routine. Fantastic trainers that make every session challenging and enjoyable. Highly recommended.

Really enjoying my time at lean 4 fitness Ringwood, trainers are great, the workout sessions are great and the results are amazing. I've dropped over a stone in weight in 3 weeks and feel so much better. Once you get organised around the meal prep the rest is pretty straight forward. I would recommend to anyone who is struggling with 'the gym' and self motivation.

Only 2 weeks to go and I've dropped a dress size! I'm doing push ups, dumbell curls, slam balls. Feeling strong and motivated to get to my goal and beyond.Excellent trainers. Every session is different. I'm loving this new way of gyming.

Just finished week 4 and 2 more to go on 6 week challenge. Enjoying fitness sessions, they are definitely not easy and PT instructors know how to ensure you work to your maximum. Can see how meal plans help if you need to loose a lot of weight. I don’t think I will achieve my 6% body fat reduction but that’s because I have not followed meal plan properly but I didn’t join to loose a lot of weight, it was more the fitness side I was interested in.

Lean 4 Fitness (Ringwood)
Really impressed! I found the gym sessions hard at first but, after 5 weeks, I'm feeling so much fitter and have lost weight (the sessions are still challenging!). The trainers are great - you're there for a challenge but they are encouraging and supportive. There is plenty of support if you need it and the other gym-goers are friendly and supportive. I'm really pleased i decided to do this challenge - thanks to all at Lean4Fitness.

I started the 6 week course as I needed to reset my eating habits and build my muscle. It’s not easy as there is a lot of planning involved but once you are through the first week it does get easier. The support from the trainers has been amazing and the classes are hard but always seem to go quite quickly. The other members are welcoming and there are definitely no egos.Test your Will power and give it a go, you won’t regret it.
