A big thank you to Patsy at the TUI St Austell Branch who helped us today with changing our holiday hotel having been advised by TUI that the hotel we originally booked would be close to building works during our stay. Her knowledge was most helpful and enabled us to select a different hotel to suit our requirements. The staff at this branch are always friendly and give good advice.

Today I booked a holiday to Benidorm for next year. A massive thank you to Phoebe for all her help for all the information and finding a flight for me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We often go to our local TUI store in St Austell to book our holiday as we like to support our local stores and speak to someone face to face. The team is friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Last time when booked our Ibiza trip Stacey was really fantastic-she got us straight away and knew what we were after. We will be back:)

I popped into tui St Austell today and spoke to Hannah nothing was to much and she was amazing with helping me booking our family holiday. First time booking and i asked a million questions but nothing was to much trouble. She made me feel at ease and said i can pop in any time if i need help with anything.Thank you Hannah for your help today

I cannot thank or praise the staff at St. Austell TUI enough. It is hard to find the words to say thank you for it is just inadequate. My first holiday on my own since the passing of my wife, Michelle arranged everything and I’d just go along. We had great holidays.This was a great holiday all thanks to the ladies at TUI. Nothing was to much trouble no matter how many times I called in, I’ve already booked next years and I’ll happy book everyone from now on with them they are just fantastic. After talking to Deb we chose a holiday to Kefalonia and booked the Marinos Apartments in Lassi. Deb had taken onboard everything we had said about what we wanted from our holiday and delivered. We had the most amazing holiday. The staff at the Marinos apartments were welcoming and very helpful guiding us to the best locations and the best time to visit. Thx TUI

Another amazing holiday organised by Phoebe at Tui St Austell. Last night of our first trip to Turkey and we’ve had the best time. We were a little apprehensive booking this hotel but Phoebe was able to put our mind at rest and helped us research the area. Highly recommended Hotel Greenland slightly away from the hustle and bustle however with a push of a button on a tree a taxi appears! Taxis are really reasonable no more than 200tl (£6) to go out and about. We went on an amazing boat trip, relaxing Turkish bath and a day trip to a private beach club. Fantastic holiday again, thank you Phoebe and Tui.
