Kwik Fit - Camelon - Glasgow Road

Very angry with this experience. A simple puncture repair whilst tyre was on the car. Had to leave the car for two hours. On being called was told a second nail ( in addition to visible screw head) very thin was found 50mm from the visible screw. Because of proximity puncture patch repair was not possible. Quoted a price of £195 - rival quoted £165 for the matching Pirelli P zero. Was told by Kwikfit depot man that’s what was being fitted - a tyre to match what was on the car. Price was then reduced by Kwikfit to £180.99. On collection the tyre was noted as a Pirelli ***?. Not the same. Paid and asked for receipt. Was told will e mail you the receipt because printers withdrawn due to Covid. I stated it was the law to produce a receipt upon purchase THEN MIRACULOUSLY A RECEIPT WAS PRINTED FROM BELOW THE DESK. Totally disingenuous people and left to feel cheated and highly suspicious of this branch and it’s staff.

Car took in for a new front tyre, told couldn't be done until next day, so car was booked in for 11am the next day, asked the young man how long it would take was told no idea"

The work was carried out to a very good level. Gary at the Camelon branch was very professional and welcoming he went out of his way to give me the best service possible. Will definitely be back.

Dazza was great and very knowledgeable about his job as well as very welcoming upon arrival. He offered several recommendations and advice regarding my car out with the tyre replacement.As well as offering several of your products, which I was unaware off.All In all a pleasant and productive visit.

Tyre got a puncture literally as I was passing, what are the chances! Despite this being closing time on a Sunday the Manager, Gary, got my tyre sorted for me and was professional and friendly throughout! Awesome service!

Was in to get tracking done on my car and wasn't an easy job for the mechanic Gary due to bolts being seized he was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us to keep us mobile 5 star customer service will come back again
