Christmas trip to parents and on the way from London the abs light comes on. Not great timing. I called into the garage the morning of the 23rd. Not very hopeful. Within 30mins they had diagnosed the sensor, found one in Harrogate and arranged a delivery. They lent me a courtesy car and then called me at 2.30 to say it was done. The labour price was very reasonable too. Fabulous result, saved me limping home nervously.

Brilliant service. It's great to have experts on hand who know the cars - diagnosis is superb, coming from years of experience. They get the job done in a professional way - This includes being genuinely customer centric. My wife has had some poor experiences with garages over the years with patronising behaviours etc. The team at Skipton have non of that - just a great team and good human beings to deal with.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Treat customers well. Having a specialist I can trust and rely on, who I know won't rip me off, allows me to run a nice older car in retirement.Particular thanks to Ben, who recently dealt with an airbag sensor which played up after fitting a new battery and lent me a car until the part arrived. Top man !

Usually go main dealer but decided to use merc spec as it is closer to me now. Will definitely return.Everything was done on time, professional and helpful staff and the issue was sorted had no further issues for a good price.Courtesy car was cheap and helpful would definitely recommend.

Great service. My GLE43 was dropped off at 8.30am and I was able to collect from its B1 service before 11am. Significantly cheaper than the dealerships while still retaining the Mercedes-Benz expertise and warranty.
