We walked into the showroom , where an assistant was with a customer, so we patiently waited only for the assistant disappeared and never to return. After a while we went into the counter saleroom to ask for assistance only to be told the designer had a day off, we were impressed with the bathrooms on display but now they have lost the sale of a complete bathroom as they lacked the decency to come and tell us no one was available to help us, therefore we wasted time hanging around.

I ordered a steel bath for a job in Chippenham from this branch. They had it in stock. Went to collect it this morning to find it was damaged. They did not have another in stock and we could not get another locally. The result was a costly wasted day! If you are ordering goods from this branch best have them check the item for quality first before arrival.

I would like to thank the whole branch for their help and assistance, especially Mike, he went above and beyond to meet my needs and save me money on my purchases, his product knowledge was second to none. The branch was clean & tidy. I would definitely return!
