Staff friendly and helpful.Lots of fresh bread and cakes would say a better version of greggs.Lost a star due to only one set of tongs to break rolls apart.

So happy there is finally a bakers in Ilford. Since Percy Ingal closed it's been dire. Tried their bloomer loaf and it was great. Although they need to put their bread on lower shelves as they aren't easily reached for people with short arms!

Ordered a melted peri peri chicken and cheese baguette and it was potentially the most PLAIN and BLAND food I've ever eaten. I hope this Wenzel's takes note of this and brings themselves up to par with their other branches as they're tainting the reputation.
