We appointed Afrim and his team to repair blown render and to redecorate the exterior of our building, a converted mid-Victorian corner pub. Some parts of the render had weathered badly and they did a very thorough job of the repairs, sensitively done as we are in a Conservation Area. Overall, an excellent job that should last and look good for many years to come. Highly recommended!

Afrim, Ton and their whole have been amazing and very helpful during all the works they did on our house.We contracted the team to redo our roof, re-render our house and plaster a room. They did an amazing job, showed up on time everyday, were a pleasure to have around, and communication was great. They took the time to explain everything and were very accommodating with our schedule. They also left the site really tidy everyday!The works finished earlier than expected and we are really happy with the standard of completion. Afrim & team did an excellent job on our large external rendering project in Bethnal Green, including helping with additional issues and questions with the roof. He brought a good team, was present regularly and completed the work ahead of schedule. We had regular discussions on progress and questions & he was always available to discuss anything. We have a Georgian Townhouse which has been converted into 4 flats. We have worked with Afrim for many years and has previously rendered our wall, which was an internal wall but due to the damage during the second world war it became an external wall. The render was completed to a high standard and fixed our issues with damp internally.We have recently had Afrim replace our roof as well.We have enjoyed working with Afrim. He visited the property for the quote and spent time with each flat to answer all our questions. Allworks was completed to budget and to a high standard. Afrim recently replaced the flat roof on our property, the work carried out was excellent and within the time frame and budget originally quoted. He had previously carried out works to the external wall on the property to a high standard. Great communication and multiple site visits before the job was started. Afrim and his team took on a complicated job, re-rendering our terraced home in a conservation area. Afrim knew how the job needed to be done in terms of materials and was quick to get scaffolding up and get working. The job was done to a high standard and the neighbourhood has been impressed with the work, as are we. Afrim has continued to support when the lime plaster has had any issues, which has been greatly appreciated. Would recommend.

Afrim and his team did a great job rendering the external wall of our building that was in a very bad state causing mold in the apartments. It's been several years and the wall still looks amazing and is a solid protection from the British weather. Having that experience we approached Afrim when our roof started to leak as and the work Afrim did was very accurate, timely and reasonably priced. We definitely recommend Afrim!

I have worked Afrim twice; The first project was a repair to the exterior elevation of our property. Afrim worked very well with the architect on this project and he re-rendered the entire exterior elevation and applied new coping stones to the top of the building. The work was completed to a high standard and the decorating he did still looks good several years later.The second more recent project was to replace the roof on the building. Afrim was very helpful in lending his time and expertise to us before the project started. The project was completed on time and in budget. I have been extremely impressed by the way this company carries out it's operations. Afrim, Ton, Mario and the rest of the guys were faultless from start to finish. Getting a survey done for external insulation + rendering took only a week and they started 2 weeks after the pre start meeting. They also helped me with my guttering and facias. The guys turned up on time every single day. I trusted them so I ended up giving them the key. They were so tidy I could not tell what days they had been. I was speechless on the day the rendering was finished. I hope to use them again.Thanks again
