Be aware.after I switch from them I pay half on my bills.They told me smart metter display not gonna work for me but that was just a trick to steal money from my account.

The worst set of customer service from these people. If you’re a vulnerable adult with a child they don’t consider you at all or even care to help when you’re in a crisis. Being charged over 200 pounds a month on a 1 bedroom flat. I'm a lorry driver who's out 5 days a week, hate to see the price for people who are in 7 days a week. All while edf is posting record profits. You should all face the firing squad.

Never trust EDF. They keep stealing money from my account by direct debit even when 1 set up the amount twice. Thats the £80 you are taking from me for nothing and then when I try to contact you you sayingssorry system error" if I would made that system error in real life I would be a thief but when EDF do this everything is fine.You keep threatening me that you will instal pre payment meter even if I pay everything you want and whenever you want. You absolutely lying about my energy usage so I understand why you refused to send me home display in the past 2 years. I already sent a official complaint letter but don't seem like I have any response. Disgusting bunch of thieves. Never ever change your supplier for ED and never ever agree to pay by Direct Debit cause they will ruin you financially and mentally."

EDF is a good company and with great services. Only problem I have with these people is the arrogance in wording their letters. EDF sends you a bill and 5 days later, they send threats letters with words like we have tried to help you pay your bill dated - - - -" but you have failed to make payment. We are going to take your account to a debt collection agency. For crying out loud it's only 5 days from when I received the bill and no arrears whatsoever except the due bill. The day I receive the bill is different from when I get paid. Or do these unreasonable people assume everyone has money laying around. Be more human

We left EDF over 5 years ago and out of the blue they have sent us a bill, and threatened to come to our house with debt collectors for not paying our fictitious invoice. Never ever ever take an account with this firm, go with Octopus they are brilliant.

I have been trying to get back overpaid money for over 5 months now! almost 2k! I have never experienced such a company! It couldn't be worse! They should actually be taken to court!In the meantime they have confirmed that they owe me money and promised it within 5 days! That was 10 days ago...And that with business customers! Hands off, take another supplier, it doesn't get any worse!

I would give ZERO star to the AWFUL customer service!!!!! I tried to used it via what’s app to get support for my smart reader that is not working after being installed. They do not have a clue about the device, not reading my answer and issue, rather just disappearing after copy&paste random advices.

I give one star, because it is impossible to give 0. Otherwise I would.

Awful company, avoid at all costs!! I've been trying to speak to a human for over a week now and still not joy. I can't wait to cancel with them and move to a much more helpful company like British gas. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
