Worst experience ever!!Don’t ever get your tests from them.They will give you all false positive test and won’t even address your complaints.Horrible experience which not only cost you money but unmeasurable mental stress.

Had a good experience with the nurse doing the blood tests and got my results on time however the receptionists were very unprofessional. There are two receptionists. The one who helped me was quite abrupt and never say thank you or please. She asked me to sit down whilst she was creating my invoice. However, the invoice took longer than required as she was talking to the second receptionist about her nails. They had a long conversation about doing their nails and the costs and the best way to do it etc. Next time do the invoice and wait for your customers to go so you can have your chitchat. Very unprofessional.

Terrible experience. I had to deal with them through one of my private healthcare providers and despite paying my invoice and calling them to confirm, they have sent me two threatening letters in the mail each week for 6 weeks. It is disgusting behaviour, making people feel unsafe when they have already paid their invoice. STAY AWAY.

Terrible company - chase money that should be covered by insurance, send threatening and inaccurate letters and fail to send itemised statements showing why the money is owed! Avoid

Thank you. My private GP sent my urine to your place and the urine culture result was correct. I was admitted to an A&E and a hospital later with symptoms of urosepsis. Your lab result was the key to save my life.

I have always had extremely excellent customer experiences at the laboratory in Wimpole Street. As a person who sometimes needs five or six attempts at having blood drawn and sometimes up to three people drawing, I can honestly tell you, the best work there. I highly recommend Lynda. Regards Rose

Dreadful follow up service. They didnt submit my invoices to the private insurance company] and threatened me with a debt collection agency after 10 days. I gave them the health insurance info on the phone and emailed. No response. The invoices were sent out again. Called the automated service who said they didnt recognise the invoices.

I called today to get my blood test results however I was told I needed to get in touch with the hospital directly which is completely understandable. I spoke to Michael Samuel @ The Doctors Laboratory and he was so professional and helpful he ensured I had the hospital number I needed to dial to get through . It goes without saying that the lab is state of the art, and the team are always efficient, responsive and going the extra mile. Unfortunately, I have to echo what other users have said. My insurer paid for everything and a year later I suddenly start receiving threatening texts saying bailiffs will come around. Patient care team" saying it is my responsibility to prove.If your insurer sends you here
