Mike has been extremely helpful with an intermittent fault. Came very quickly and has given good advice without charging. Willing to come back again if the fault reoccurs. Have used previously for lighting installation and service was likewise on time, professional and good value for money.

I recently bought my first home (a flat) and it needed quite a lot of work doing. Including a re-wire, new electric heating, kitchen, new flooring, wallpaper stripping, plastering and painting. Mike from Amara Electrical Contractors was the exceptionally professional and put all of the contractors I had to deal with over approximately a 5 month period to shame. Mike completed a re-wire, installing a new fuse box, installing electrical appliances for the kitchen, removal/disconnection of old storage heaters and installation of new lights, where needed. He was extremely polite, and alway happy to fully explain a situation before expecting me to make a decision. The work was always done to a high standard and always taking into consideration that he was ultimately working on my home. I felt he understood that it's not just a job and for the customer, they want their home to be looked after. He was always happy to answer my questions along the way and always kept me updated. I would definitely recommend Mike (and Amara Electrical Contractors) if you want to know you'll get a professional job done.

New EV charger installed. Mike was great with communication before the job, arrived right on time, kept the place neat and tidy, finished the job in the expected time, and price was as agreed beforehand. More than happy to recommend and would be welcome back if we have work required in future.

Micheal did a full rewire of our 1930's doer-upper. We had several quotes and his was excellent value. There was always great communication surrounding job. Mike performed a complicated rewiring of my old central heating system. Following the installation of a new boiler, the electrical configuration required rewiring to enable the generation of heat for the room radiators and hot water cylinder, both independently and together. Mike was excellent at communicating the electrical requirements with myself and the boiler engineer (Simon, Sygas Ltd). Now in my mid-seventies, it is a relief not to be facing another winter without heating. Mike is a very professional and experienced electrician and I thoroughly recommend him.
