PORCELANOSA Reading

A big thank you to Sergiy and his assistance over the past couple of weeks. It made the whole process of choosing Porcelanosa products easy and smooth and we certainly recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Recently enquired about tiles to finish off our new build house family bathroom. Although they are no longer stocked, Dan was so helpful…found them and placed a special order for me. Waiting for this order but have every confidence in the customer service I have received so far. Thank you very much.

We visited Porcelanosa a couple of times before purchasing tiles and other accessories. During our first visit, we were also 'ignored', in some ways a refreshing change from being harassed when we were still deciding what we wanted, but it did feel like some of the staff didn't care too much about our business. Then we met Daniel Greene who was excellent! He had so much experience and knowledge to help us work out what we needed. He was speedy at replying and processing our order and helped us understand what would work best in our bathroom and sizes etc. If you ask for him, I think you will have a very positive experience!

Darren Bean was an extremely helpful representative- set up our account efficiently, arranged speedy delivery, gave us great prices and is a really reliable contact. Highly recommend the tile we chose; Ona Natural! Will definitely be using Porcelenosa Reading again! Thank you Darren Bean. 10/10

I very rarely post reviews, but after my experience this morning and having now read reviews with similar experiences to my own, I feel justified for sharing.Having been recommended Porcelanosa by my tiler, I eagerly looked forward to visiting their showroom… but, this was the first and last time I will ever visit.The showroom is well laid out, the tiles are beautiful and the cost, despite being on the high side, was as expected for a quality product. However the customer service is none existent. The three staff were totally uninterested in my genuine custom and their attitude came across as bordering on arrogance.I understand there is a balance to be struck with not pouncing on a customer the second they enter, but to not acknowledge one’s presence at all is just rude, especially when the store was empty, bar one other customer. When I did finally interact with a staff member the experience continued to be poor. Answers to my questions were practically monosyllabic, zero advise was given and there was simply no interest in my requirements at all. The only question I was asked was, ‘how many bathrooms do you have?’ For the record, three, all of which will now not have any Porcelanosa products in.

We recently purchased 2 bathrooms from Porcelanosa Reading and the experience was incredible. All thanks to Helena, thank you so much for your patience. She was amazing from start to finish and a real asset to Porcelanosa. She was helped us with design ideas, had great knowledge of all the products and was able suggest different options, when my husband and I failed to agree! We are really happy and are very grateful and feel relieved we made the right choices :)

Excellent quality tiles, bought for kitchen in the past and now for a new bathroom. Excellent customer service in Reading store, Zarrish was very helpful.

Great Reading showroom, very spacious, all areas are well displayed. Had multiple orders with them instore or via phone calls. Helena and Martyn are always helpful to sort quotes, orders and issues out. I did enjoy being 'ignored' by them in store, so I have no pressure browsing around and taking time to make decisions.No need to mention they have top quality tiles. Although not cheap, but very consistent, making projects going smooth and looking great in the end.

I have been dealing with Sergiy for the last few months.I'd like to take time just to thank him for all his help with my order. Both his manner when we met in the store and all the amazing help he has provided via email to date. He is truly an asset to the team and made this a very good experience for me and I will be back.
