After following the on hold instructions to fill in the online eConsult service and answering the questions correctly, it advised that I need to call my surgery. The rude receptionist seemed to make it her mission not to help me as her advice was to either change my answers or call back at 8am. I advised that I had followed the online form and it deemed that my symptoms required a medical consultation. I could not book a telephone appointment for the following day but could book weeks ahead wft?? Nor could I be put on the list for tomorrows calls. This is the most backwards logic I think I have ever known.

Been trying to call for an appointment for over 6 weeks, phone just repeats the practice message for hours and hours, just as well that breathing properly isn't to important..

Terrible experience with this clinic, they stop meds regardless of the patient's condition, They don't even bother to call the patient or make an appointment, The appointment situation in this clinic is terrible, you have to call at 8 am and 40 people are on the line, and when it is your turn, the receptionist says there is no time and you have to call again tomorrow at 8 am, Do not register at this clinic, your health and pain are not important to them.

About as useful as a chocolate tea pot. Hadn’t even updated my address after I gave them my details with the all appropriate paperwork a few weeks prior and impossible to book an appointment with! Just kept saying I had to do it online, tried to do it online with pathfields econsult only for it to come up saying there was an error, turned out it wasn’t available that day. Couldve told me instead of completely wasting my time

I considered this surgery the very best I've ever experienced, however this place is the pits. Rude staff, incompetent doctors, terribly run, was great a few years ago, but alot has changed, absolutely dreadful.

Tried to book in for an injection I urgently needed and they had nothing available until over A MONTH later. Then offered me somewhere to do it completely out of the area which I cannot access which was still almost a month later. Appalling.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE Reception, Managers and Doctors openly discriminate, they do not provide medical care here and instead are providing dangerous situations. AVOID!!

I have been with this doctors surgery over 12 years but the passed 2/3 years it has all gone down hill I ain’t even seen my regular doctor in over 2 years I just get passed around to others who don’t know me or my story or even care. I joined them because I was told they had the best mental health team and treat you great, but that is not the case I found out I got cervical cancer just before last Christmas I’m 6 months passed treatment, ever since I found out, I’ve been put on more medication and different types such as ibs and menopause and every time it comes to ordering my meds ( week before I run out ) they ether argue with me or don’t bother putting it though every time I struggle every day with pain etc and I’m normally left without my meds for over a week because they mess me around so much and we know you get bad symptoms if you don’t have your meds for more then 2 days I got sick of it all I have left them last week waiting for my paperwork to go to my new doctor surgery I can’t wait for stress free doctors. Armada surgery is a joke

Never had such a horrible experience as the one I had with this surgery before, since the beginning of my life in UK! I went there three times to check if they'd made me the big favour to register me, the lady at the reception seemed not so keen to do her job, that day, since she told me she couldn't check my form as she was too far from the computer... Simply ridiculous! Nobody answering at the phone, endless and useless waiting. I got a disability that requires attention and medical supplies, if it had been for them I would have died.
