Kyle is an amazing personal trainer and is always checking in to see how you are doing and to keep you motivated and on track. When I started I thought all I wanted to do was lose weight but now I’ve actually found I really enjoy improving my fitness and actually it doesn’t matter what’s on the scales because a good exercise regime makes you feel 100% better in yourself. I’ve tried everything from gym to exercise classes before and nothing has even come close to the results I can firstly see in the mirror but secondly for the first time I actually feel stronger and enjoying working out. Kyle’s sessions are always fun (if challenging at times but I’m laughing behind the pain!) and his advice on the nutritional side is great and constructive. If you are looking to kickstart your fitness I can absolutely recommend Kyle. If you want to succeed and put in the work to follow his program you will get the results!
