We have been delighted with the work that AP Joinery have done for us. They have taken out 29 old leaded windows, restored the window frames and replaced the windows with double glazed units that acheive a high U value. The big, old house we have bought is now MUCH warmer.The team who worked on the windows were a pleasure to have around. Their joinery skills were excellent and they took great care to get the work up to the highest standard.As the work took four months they became very much part of the family! They were friendly, polite, helpful and always cheerful - even working outside in sub zero temperatures! We are extremely grateful to AP Joinery for making our home so much more comfortable to live in, whilst still keeping the windows looking beautiful and in keeping with the house.

We contacted AP Joinery to repair our wooden front bay window which had never been replaced by the previous owner of the property. It was rotten, old and tired and letting a horrible draft in our front room which meant we had to run the heating non stop. The restoration process was amazing from start to finish, Adam and his team worked tirelessly using traditional joinery techniques to transform our full window and sill which I must say adds so much character to the front of our house!I'd definitely recommend them to anybody looking for joinery or wooden window restoration. I cannot praise enough the standard and quality of the craftmanship that restored our 1813 bay window to it's former glory. Really great job, I am so pleased with the result. The lads were excellent, friendly and gave me confidence in the work. The carpenters were very skilled, and Victor the painter was superb. There was a slight blemish at the end of the job, but they came back to put it right within a day. In fact they seemed to be on a mission to get it perfect for me as a customer. There are other cheaper services out there of course, but in this case I got what I paid for, i.e. rather than a botch job having to be redone in a years time - this will last for ages, and they give a guarantee too. Highly recommend.

I live in a really old property in the village of Ruddington, my house is over 200 years old. The windows were in desperate need of some TLC, every winter or when it was raining heavily I was always quite panicked that one day they would simply fall out. I also needed a new front door as the house has always been very cold in the winter and my heating bills were huge. I searched for a long while to find the right people for the job. Adam came to the property and spoke at great length exactly what needed to be done and I felt inspired by his depth of knowledge and expertise. I was nervous simply because it was a big job but Adam really put me at ease. When Chris and his team came to start the job I was really impressed by their punctuality and their enthusiasm.They involved me in the team meetings first thing on a morning and I felt really involved in the process, also we had a good laugh throughout.They worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble. They worked in the blazing sun and in the pouring rain.My working hours can be a little tricky sometimes but they went the extra mile to accommodate me at all times which was incredibly helpful. I am impressed by their level of knowledge and skill, the work that they have done is incredible and because of this I am no longer in a house that is cold and damp! The windows and the front door are amazing and now when it rains or it is windy I don’t have to worry. I cannot thank them enough!!If anything needs doing in the future I will not hesitate to call them.Thank you to Chris and the team for all your hard work!!!

Very good work completed and good communication with management and personnel. Lawrence the joinery manager on this work was helpful and everything was satisfactory and tidy. Will recommend AP.

Tried to obtain a quote on 2 occasions unfortunately cancelled twice at the last moment and the company has not contacted me since to try and re-arrange. Not able to comment on quality of work.
