On arrival we were welcomed and offered coffee and biscuits, a nice touch and welcome on a cold day.Jack was the salesman who looked after us, answering our questions and arranging a test-drive. He gave a comprehensive explanation of the options available to us, including credit terms and add-ons like GAP insurance, Tyre and Wheel cover, and Paintwork Protection.Jack was personable, friendly and was at pains to put us at ease.We've bought from the dealership in the past and it continues to impress.

Took my car in for its annual service. The staff I met were great, Caroline, friendly and professional. Booked the car in and gave me the details when I went back to collect it. Lesley, on the 'meet and greet' was very nice and friendly. Made a nice coffee and remembered my name when I returned to collect my car. Not to forget Paul, who happily replaced a battery in my key fob.Thanks to all the staff that make RRG Stockport a nice place where you are treated like a friend and that's why I am happy to keep returning.

As a female I always find car showrooms etc quite intimidating places, however I needn't have worried. I was greeted by Finley, one of the salesman, who talked me through all my options and budget. I found I'm to be really friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the whole experience much less scary! Thank you so much, I'll recommend you to all my friends!
