I tried to book an appointment with Amber. She kept telling me that she had not received my deposit so couldn’t make the booking until it had arrived. My bank said that she had received it even though she said that she hadn’t. I then asked my bank to recall the payment and I let this lady know that that’s what was happening. Bear in mind she had not booked the appointment as she said that she hadn’t received the money.My bank tried to collect the money back and wrote to me advising that this lady was ignoring them. I then contacted the lady directly asking for the money to be returned and she flatly refused saying that I had cancelled and therefore this was a non refundable deposit. This was clearly not the case. I then asked the lady to honour the appointment and she again refused. Please be careful this woman is clearly not working within the law in her dealings as mine has shown. She has since blocked me and written a completely different story over Facebook. I would not use this person and I’m going to trading standards to see if there’s anything I can do to get my money back.
