I’d had a problem with my socket for months as it was barely hanging onto the wall. I decided to finally get it fixed and called Pro-Tech maintenance and they replied within a day. They even went far enough as to fix dangerous mistake that a previous electrical had made free of charge. I’m happy with the result and my socket looks good as new.
